Minced beef kebabs with new potato and beetroot salad and tzatziki dressing
 

- Mix the finely chopped shallot with the oil, vinegar and some seasoning then add half of it to the cooked and cut into matchsticks beetroot and toss. Leave to one side.
- Cut the potatoes in two, toss with some oil and bake until golden.
- Season the minced beef, roll to make small sausages, insert skewers.
- Half the cucumber lengthways, remove seeds and grate. Mix the yoghurt with the cucumber, crashed garlic, 1tbsp water and some seasoning.
- Grill the kebabs. Loosely stack the beetroot and potatoes on the plate. Drizzle over the tzatziki dressing and serve.
